"Location" for Notes
We have been notified that when performing a session in a Community Based setting (i.e. ABA clinic, private school, etc.), we are to select "Other (99)" (which signifies a Community based setting) in the Location portion of the note.
As an overview, the only Locations of service we are able to bill include:
Home (12)
Telehealth not in Patient Home (02)
Other (99)
