Initial Evaluation and Comprehensive Written Report:

This includes direct evaluation, a comprehensive written report, treatment goals, records review, home exercise program, and parent/family consultation at time of evaluation.

 

Individual Treatment Sessions:

This includes 60 minutes of direct interaction and contact with you and/or your child per treatment session.

Treatment intervention also includes direct patient treatment, patient education, review of home exercise program, and parent education from the treating occupational therapist. A daily treatment note is completed for each session, as well as, ongoing continued development of the child’s home program.
